I've got no complaints with her.

I agree. Good for Gwen!

She's not only been straight-forward with the questions, but most of the very few times she's permitted herself to stray from her question cards, she's shown glimpses of humor. "Extra credit for everybody."

Yes, ma'am. That's a fine Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep, a.k.a., mountain goat, although it's not a true goat, biologically speaking.

So does Adventure Boy know this one personally as a pet? Does it live next door?

It lives on the mountain next door.

Best thing she did all night was one thing I've not seen before, and always wanted to see: after both candidates danced around a question, throwing out talking points rather than answering the question that was asked, she pointed out that neither of them actually answered the question, and that she would get back to it.

The candidates pull that stunt at every 'debate' (these are not really 'debates,' they are mutual press conferences) I've ever watched, and it was refreshing to see them get called on it.

Jim Lehrer did the same in the 1st debate, though not as poignantly.
