WWTBAM Bored

I baked two Boston Cream Cheese cakes today. I'm on a diet and can't eat any of it.

One is for dinner for the family tonight. The other is a thank you to my neighbor who peeled and chopped five pounds of potatoes for me Friday when I needed help getting food the the cheerleaders and had a very busy day.

I doubt you'll find me baking two cakes in the same day any time soon. Especially when it calls for a springform pan and I only have one.

As soon as I read the subject line, I thought, I have to read this!
