...your 2008 National League East Division champeens, the Philadelphia Phillies.

Brad Lidge did his best to postpone the coronation, but in the end, he got the third out, his 41st save of the year (41 out of 41!) and now we'll see about the playoffs...

Go Phils!

We watched the game with TLAF.

We realized we didn't have rally towels so I took three paper towels, drew the Phillies "P" on them with red Sharpies.

We waved them. We had fun.

After the game, the kids across the street ran out of the house and started honking horns.

If the Phillies' offense can awaken tomorrow vs. CC Sabathia (where's the miracle there, right?), this series is over.

Keep going, Phils!

...the Phightin' Philz again for their NLDS win over Milwaukee.

Go Philz! Howard/Utley '08! Hamels/Golson '12!

This article brought back good memories, and serves as a fitting backdrop for the 2008 NLCS, which begins tomorrow (Thursday).
