Diabetes Update
Down 35 lbs since January. Blood sugar averaging 108 (was 347 at January diagnosis). Waist from 42 (eek) to 37 inches.
It can be done. But, to be fair, it is my dread of going on insulin, and my overwhelming desire to avoid this, that is motivating me. That...and wanting to see my 21 month old red-headed menace walk down the aisle at both her college graduation and her wedding.
I wonder if I'm svelt enough to get past the APs...

taking the needle is the fun and ez part of diabetes.
I dont torture mallards all the time, but when I do, I prefer waterboarding.
