From what I understand, he really needs the money.

McMahon had a role in "The Incident," a subway disaster movie. OK, it wasn't a disaster movie.

The Tonight Show publicized it heavily, but it wasn't a big hit. It was on the late late show a while back, but I couldn't stay awake that long.

It is actually a really good movie IMO- it isn't a disastor movie, I would categorize it as a social drama movie that tried to get a handle on what real life was like (in that 50's and 60's Blackboard Jungle type of way).

Ed McMahon was actually very good in it. It has a real strong cast of talented actors including Brock Peters, Beau Bridges and I think it is the screen debut of Martin Sheen.

Surprisingly, Ed and Coolio have been buds for years. I remember them appearing together on the tonight show, talking about their unlikely friendship.
