The Vermont Country Store is a given as is King Arthur Flour.

I buy stuff from King Arthur. I first discovered them on the internet when I wanted to buy espresso powder (to use in brownies) as a Christmas stocking stuffer for a friend who had been watching Giada. No stores around here, even the specialty kitchen shop, carried the stuff.

If it's before September, let me know so I can peruse their site and make a list! (It's sweet of sunflower to offer to make a special trip if there's a need before that, but I've been looking at their site for years, so nothing is really a "need". Ha!)

Have that list ready! I'm spontaneous, you never know when I might just head up there!!!

I haven't been to that one, I've been to the other one but it is cool! The first time I went there I think I spent an hour there eating, playing with the toys, and just being in awe of the things that they have that I haven't seen in years!! It's a fun place. And they have nice rocking chairs to hang out on, on the front porch. It's fabulous.
