I saved the first batch of avatars on 11/19/2007, a month and a half after this Bored started, perhaps because I started to realize that people were changing theirs and once it is replaced, the old avatar is gone. I have exactly two that are older than that and apparently were cute enough to warrant saving before I decided to save a bunch of them. One was a Cindy Wellman avatar and the other was this cutie:

This made me laugh, and I knew that had to be my grandkitty, even if I couldn't believe that Woodchuck ever had been so tiny. I think this avatar didn't stay up for very long, as Lizbit entered my life at just about the same time. Come to think of it, she used to be very much smaller, too.
