No just predicting by the end of year 3 everyone will know the brilliance of Trump's policies having seen them in action so LB will no longer be pining for the former guys. I figure Trump has everything timed so that by the end of year 3, when he begins running for re-election, he's made the world perfect again.

That, or I had a typo in my spreadsheet.
