Ha! I didn't even notice that it wasn't an N. If it's on the laptop and I'm not wearing readers, there isn't a lot of difference in M and N. I thought he was funny when I watched the show religiously for about the first 6 years after he took over for Johnny. I haven't got to see it much in the last decade, but when I do, I always hope for the Headlines segment. My favorite late night bit ever, even moreso than Dave's Top 10 list (It was his Viewer Mail segments every Friday that got me to tune in back in his NBC days). I guess holding a bunch of goofy newspaper clipping up doesn't require any comedic talent though.....

I see several transcript and political threads (My two favorite **YAWN** types of threads to gloss right over) and as you mentioned, a large number of posts by the two posters on this Bored who challenge War & Peace almost every time they hit "reply". While it's still unlikely I failed to see any of those examples above, it's very likely not to have been something I'd have ever noticed enough to pay attention to..... especially since the ones I had the best chance of actually reading all occurred well before the commercial that put the term on the map for me.....
As Fanny will tell you though, I do enjoy being enlightened on things I never knew before....... thanks!
