I was thrilled to learn about the people who ran with Pea. Not with Pea, you know what I mean -- Edison Pena, Al Roker, Bobby Flay, Jared, and on and on.

One local woman qualified with an excellent half-marathon time, and I just learned yesterday that she didn't go after all. She rode her bicycle in a little half-century in beautiful and remarkably warm weather for November.

It is amazing to see the variety of people who run including at least one blind-deaf older man running with 2 guides.

Oh, and the guy in the rhino suit. Some how I missed Gumby but I heard about him.

Gumby was Brian - the coach that Run2Remember provided for us.
