But I figured it out for myself, so I bet you can too...but practice really is required in order to consistently take a good photo. Not that I always do, but I've learned at least how to prevent fake double chins and stuff like that.

What about just plain ugly? Anything that can be done for that short of a paper bag?

Ping pong tables are great for putting food out on at parties. Some ping pong tables will fold up one-half so one can play by oneself.
You can throw a tablecloth over it and call it a dining room table. AD needs to do a top ten uses for a ping pong table list.

That's almost unbelieveable. Part of being a model is to contract a lifelong painful ailment which temporarily mars your beautiful face and prevents you from earning a living during the time you're broken out? I would never allow anyone to use one of my lipsticks for that reason -- not because I was afraid of catching herpes simplex, but because I was afraid of giving it to someone who didn't have it, even though I've been virtually outbreak-free for about 20 years. I take L-Lysine every day as a preventive, and it works -- the only outbreaks I've had were with a couple of really bad colds.

Whoops, I didn't realize there was a page 2 and 59865033 people had already suggested the playing by yourself thing.

It would be difficult for me to teach you since you'd never manage to return one of my wicked left spin serves. Best to get some solo practice in first so you'll at least know what it's like to hit the ball.

Have you ever seen the episode of King of Queens where Arthur takes on Doug as a ping pong student? It's somewhat Karate Kid-ish and very funny.
