How important is a good 'Hook'?

Critical - without a good hook, you aren't going into the Hot Seat, ever!

Important - it is highly unlikely to get into the HS without one, but not impossible

One of many key factors - if you have enough of what ever else they are looking for you might squeek by without a good hook but it wont be easy

No, I can't see who voted for who. Everytime I voted, which was 5 times between yesterdya morning and this morning, I noticed my votes were still the only ones there for WGAS....
