Crossword Clues “U”

As devotees of the show know, the category means each clue will refer to an English word beginning with the letter “u.” The crossword part of it refers to the fact that each clue will be followed by a number in parentheses, which tells you how many letters are in the correct word. Points are as given, and there will be a Daily Double in the same category posted in a separate thread. Don’t forget to phrase your response in the form of a question, and good luck!
