I know you're not a big fan of pronouns, but I respectfully request that you use mine.
I'm a HUGE fan of pronouns, when used properly. I for some reason I thought Bob was replying to Beebs. I don't know how I got you two confused. Y'all look nothing alike.
My sincerest apologies.

The jury has reached a verdict to be announced shortly
Suitguy is not bitter.
feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive
The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

Unless I missed something, the article didn't indicate the race of the perpetrator.

The suspect has been identified as John Turscak, 52, a former Mexican Mafia member and FBI informant who allegedly stabbed Chauvin 22 times. Turscak said he was motivated by Black Lives Matter, which is why he attacked Chauvin on Black Friday and that he intended to kill Chauvin if he hadn't been stopped by the guards. Turscak is serving 30 years for racketeering and conspiring to kill a rival gang member in prison. He's probably going to be serving a bunch more years for this assault.

He's been charged with attempted murder.

Since this guy was a former FBI informant I'm surprised he is still alive.
