I bet most of you show up on searchbug.com. And on uspeople.com, but at least that one makes people pay before giving out the age & a map to your fleeping house. searchbug.com only charges for your police record etc, providing of course you have one. Everything else is freeeeeee!

It is creepy to the max; I learned of it from my assistant of last summer.

It says that I am 108. I look good for my age.

Here is another stalkerish site that my friend told me about today.

www.zillow.com

seen that one before. I admit I didn't try it just now, but if its the same one I think it is (gives the price of your home) its not quite as stalkerish to me as giving my age, or mating me up with my home, complete with map to it. Maybe I am splitting hairs here, but anybody can look at my house (which in my case is rented anyway) from the street level or from Google bird's-eye views. And if they know what stuff in the neighborhood is selling for from real-estate postings, they pretty much know already what they could get off zillow.

Whereas to know that I am in my apartment, being blaxty-blax years of age; eeeeeeeee.

It also mentions how much you pay in property taxes too.

OK. That's creepy. I didn't notice that aspect when I originally looked at it because I do not (ahem) pay property taxes, as I don't own the place. I wish I did, with all its faults. I've got friends being urged to buy their unit in a diff building. No such luck here. My landlord & family are going to think its worth more than I could afford even if they did go condo.

Based on the rent structure, anyway.

Zillow.com is not very accurate, as it says we didn't pay any property tax and it has my house 800 sq ft smaller than it is. Maybe they just don't update it very often.

I'm not on searchbug but both my house and TLAF's house show up nicely on zillow.

As far as Google goes, there's a Canadian golfer with my name and an author who specializes in books about crafts.

I show up as me as far as the jackpot in AC and my Tic Tac Dough appearance, which someone has on tape in an archive.

Google my name and you get a list of various patents and papers that I'm on...all from my former company.

One ZoomInfo link that's not me, and one presentation from my current company.
