I used to meet coordinators who remembered me & showed me almost-instant door.

Past couple years, new coordinators, still got bum's-rush out. They must have frequent-flier reject list. You weren't on it.
That list would only be in their memories, there is no list of names. Yes, I was on a few of their coordinators frequent-flier, never gonna let you on list.

My first time of swimming came on a day where I was allowed to audition twice (October 2013). Once for a regular show, and I got a coordinator who remembered me and I swear our interview was about 15 seconds. Then they had auditions for the decades week and I took the test for the 80s. I got a different (and new) coordinator and she put me through to the camera interview. I was put in the pool for both regular and decades week with that interview.

With all new people beginning in 2015, I got in the pool in 2015 and 2016--and was called twice to be on the show.

I don't know you, I never met you, I know nothing about you, all I can say there may be something specific you're doing "wrong" in the interviews. What I have learned in my time is how to appear less nervous and most important during those interviews is how to approach them.

I used to feel it was simply having a casual conversation with the person, but you need to HAVE AN INTERVIEW! When I speak with someone, my voice is my "indoor" voice--in these game show interviews, you must use YOUR OUTDOOR VOICE.

They love to see ENERGY!
