There is another video of him taking some general to task about Isis . If he did know of the reporter in question and intended to mock his disability, I imagine he might do it in a different way.

I think the thing that ticks me off the most about this whole scope of argument is that people like Resnikoff never count the 95% Clinton voting inner-city areas into their calculus. I might add that no matter what Bob or you or I may have been caught on camera doing, none of us are the President of the United States. He will be the representative of the United States in the eyes of the world. For the last eight years, Republicans and right wingers have carried on about how ashamed they have been about various things Obama has done that brought "disgrace" on the country (remember the "apology" tour).

I'm no fan of Obama's and I disagree with a lot of the things he has done, but, as President, he has always conducted himself in public with grace and dignity and in accordance with the finest traditions of this office. I don't see any way that Trump goes four years or even four weeks without doing something that brings this country down in the eyes of the world. I actually wonder if he can get through his inaugural address without going off the rails.
