It's even worse than that. Many of his cabinet and agency nominees are opposed to the operation of the organizations they would head.

That was so oversimplified it was snotty. To reply, and again oversimplified, but noting that "new weapons systems" were not involved:

The financial crisis happened because banks were able to create too much money, too quickly, and used it to push up house prices and speculate on financial markets. This is from http://positivemoney.org/issues/recessions-crisis/ because I'm sure I would have missed something.

Of course, a President of the United States should not be doing that since foreign countries, both our enemies and our potential allies have to react to what he says (or tweets).

You mean by giving them to someone else and not telling Joe Biden who it is? That would help a lot.
