Just a quick followup.

The phone company still managed to send out five phones via USPS; we went to a local post office and filed paperwork to have them redirected.

However -- the USPS's fraud unit (who seems to want to nab this guy as much as we, given the total dollar amount involved) simply labeled the tracking online as "undeliverable as addressed." In fact, the perp actually called the morning he thought the phones would be delivered and wanted to know when the letter carrier was going to come by! When he called later on, he was told he'll have to come to the post office to pick them up.

I wonder if he smells a rat. (Bwah-hah-hah!)

Suspect is in custody!!!

We just got that word from USPS, but no further details. They're setting up a three-way* phone conversation with our office, the phone provider, and the USPS fraud folks this afternoon.
