Wow, even after I did the daily scores I still had no idea who was going to win until I did the total sort!

Big thanks to all who played with a minimum of bitching and faunching, especially mrkelley, TLITF, tbone, earendel, nelly and littlebeast. They all played every single game! Taking the silver is KT and Confessor, with one absence each. Marley and Ghost get on the podium with two misses.

I realize that many players missed games due to vacations and spring breaks and whatnot, so while I do not fault them for that, the determination of the players named above deserves some cred!

The top three spots were separated by the equivalent of FIVE POINTS! Earendel finished just out of the money, with Melly, KT, Confessor and Nelly all close behind. Also, I did NOT rig the bonus points to have lb finish 13th. I don't even open the spreadsheet until I've already gone through the answers and written down the scores in a notebook. Ha, I just noticed that his score ends with 13 as well. Stuff like that thrills me.

Tbone was just edged out back in 2002 as well, although the last game was not CW&W, it was the 'goodbye' Theme Thursday game. It was a 5 point difference going into the last game, with RevDodd pulling a 165 to tbone's 140.

Woohoo! 13th place is fine with me! I've managed to come in 13th over in the BBBL each of the last two seasons, so the number loves me almost as much as I love it....

I can't believe I hit Johnny Cash three out of four times this year! I'm one of those people the 50/50/90 rule was written for, so the fact that I blindly hit the Cash song three times out of 10 sets of lyrics (Not even knowing for sure he was even in there to start with!) is absolutely Ripley-like. I should buy a lottery ticket....

Thanks for the August 2002 revival. I had a hell of a lot more fun this go around than I had the first time. Now, somebody needs to take the month of April so we can keep the LS flame alive until I'm ready to go again in January.....
