I just found out englishchaser's show airs this Thursday. His name is Eric Pierce. He will also be on The Chase in the next month or so.

Congrats Maddy! That is only 7 days notice! Whew. Do you have to travel far? I am excited for you. I am still waiting and hoping for a call....sigh.

I live in NYC. I think they don't give the NYers much notice. A friend of mine was on years ago (2006?) and she was given 10 days notice. They are more considerate of people who have to travel.

You're lucky to get seven days notice; some New Yorkers get an evening call to come in the next morning.

Has anyone played the Millionaire & Friends app? They say if you 'beat' Cedric you are entered for a chance to be on the show. I wonder if being in the contestant pool disqualifies you for entering.

Well, Eric Pierce's (englishchaser) Millionaire show airs/aired today. It's not on until this afternoon here in LA but it must be on someplace where his co-workers at Fox Sports are watching...
I have played trivia with Eric at O'Briens on Main St. in Santa Monica which I wish I could segue into a nice story of our team of misfit trivia players winning last night, but alas, we lost by one point 41-40 to the Jerome Vered team. The third place team scored 27.

And will be leaving again as soon as SteelersFan gets home. My 9/11 birthday friend is in town, and we're going over to her brother's house for dinner.

Is ulysfriend in New York or close? If not, it seems they're only giving him/her 11 days notice. That seems bizarre.
