Saucy a bit part in one of the movie parodies for elwood's LS game... in Sir Alan Parker's remake of "Fame". After Fanny mentioned Saucy Tossoff was the best promo name ever, Saucy made the observation that it was in fact a porn name. She made the mistake of doing that on a Wednesday night, though.... as ES was still lurking with his wicked and yes perverted imagination. Enter this avatar featuring Saucy Tossoff the dominatrix, doing her best to punish ES the bad boy. Not only was the concept of the avatar hilarious, clever, and risque.... but the perspective in which you only see the back of ES's head with his arms handcuffed to the bedposts and his two feet sticking out on the bed.... well, I'm still damn proud of myself for pulling that off well. I only fear what punishment Ms. Tossoff may have in store for me for not making her #1......

I love Saucy Tossoff, as I mentioned earlier it's in my personal Top 10. I'm surprised that this is #2 but, in retrospect, it would be even weirder for it not the make the countdown or also rans at all!

Which means that my clearcut #1 didn't even make the countdown or also rans. Because I can't believe anything will be #1 other than what I am now SURE is #1 (I PMed to lb but put a spoiler in case he didn't want to know yet) because there is NO way it's not making it at all......

And I have refused to click on the spoiler until tomorrow morning..... but we shall see how well you read my compiling.....

Speaking of compiling....... somebody fell down on the job last night.

I also enjoyed the perspective of this one, as well as the fact that I think Saucy Tossoff is the first (and only) one that ES has given some cleave....

I just realized that it's generally ES' facial expressions that make an avatar great, but I don't think it ever registered with me before that this might be the only ES avatar that hasn't showed his face all! So, given that, Saucy Tossoff gets even higher praise from me!

Bedtime and other side projects derailed the rankings.... there's always next year.....

And I think you may be right on that observation.... obviously it wouldn't work so well in my regular avatars......

How about fearing what Sprots has in store if what she thinks will be #1 is actually #1?

I'm not telling today, just in case my fears aren't realized.

If I'm right, I'll tell you. If not, I'll breathe a sigh of relief and slink away.

Just away from the Countdown gritching. Don't worry, you'll never notice.

What? Where is it? We have to beg for #1?

What happens if we don't beg? Will you write a mean note in the answers to the second day of LS? Will you open a Facebook account? Will you start using a photo of Michael Vick for your avatar?

Sheesh. Some beasts are so sensitive.

#1: "La Sprotsie Bella"

Debuted: 10/18/10

Every once in a rare while, an avatar comes along that you just know when it's first uploaded that it's a number one. This is one of those avatars....

This is also one of those rare (Yes, they really are rare, Marley) avatars that arose from a wild session of chat. But oddly enough, it was a good 3 weeks prior to this avatar's creation that it came up. It was some combination of the discussion of a heavy rainstorm and the avatar of ES in the aluminum fishing boat that made the honorable mentions list that caused the image of ES steering a gondola with Sprots in to to spring to mind. Fanny hounded me for weeks to draw it, but it finally took a morning when I knew I needed a new avatar, but had no current inspiration from any Bored or personal events to make a new one, that I finally placated her. Thank goodness I did.... this one's a masterpiece. While ES pestering Sprots has been a common theme of my avatars now for over a year, this one outclasses every one of them. The night-time scene, the happy look on ES's face as he slowly rows the boat in his traditional gondoliers attire, and the sweet look of surrender from Sprots...... "OK ES, you finally got me! I'm yours!" I like this better than any other avatar I have ever done, and it will be a huge challenge to any avatar drawn in 2011 to top it in my mind........

Thank you everyone for indulging me in this yearly ritual! I hope you found the walk down memory lane to be a pleasurable one (We know Sprots did). We shall see you again next December 12th or so.......

Good choice. Furthermore, your explanation of "the sweet look of surrender from Sprots" made me laugh as much as when I first saw the avatar.

Doing these countdowns have been as much fun as a kid waiting for Christmas morning. The last thing I thought last night before I went to bed was that I couldn't wait for morning so I could get up and see the #1 avatar.

Thanks for the 20 days of Christmas, LB! :D

I did try to think about which one would be number 1 and should have figured this out.

It is a true masterpiece avatar with all the details that ES does so well.

It is as I feared -- the worst possible avatar at the worst possible spot.
