I am playing bass for The Bill Tillman Band. Bill is a Dallas legend who has played sax with Blood Sweat and Tears, Gladys Knight, Roy Orbison, The Duke Ellington Orchestra, and has had his own bands for the past 20 years.

We are playing at Sambuca Uptown in Dallas Saturday, Sept. 27. 8PM to 12:30am. Classic dance, jazz, blues, and rock are the styles. First set will be a little more laid back. No cover charge; great food; and the band is sounding great. Please come and hear us if you're in the area! Website is www.sambucarestaurant.com

Thanks!

Need a vocalist for that first set? My velvetly pipes were voted better sounding than Jennifer Hudson....

I'll be singing in the Moratorium Lounge all this week. Tips are greatly appreciated.....

Ha!

Actually it's a rather small stage, and it's an 11 piece band with 3 female vocalists, 4 horns (including Bill), and a 4 pc. rhythm section.

So...thanx anyway!
