The email says "Book today, sail tomorrow (9/3)"
Doesn't say out of what port or where to, but looking at the following graphic, I think I'll politely say "No thank you."

I'd pass too unless it's from Seattle to Alaska.
Look at the map for the west coast of Mexico. It's a mess there too.

I'm surprised they even are trying to sell them at this point. I know they can "sail around" the weather but right about now there is no where to go!!

Hey, for $99, I'd take the adventure...assuming I could get to to wherever they were sailing tomorrow...which is now today.
Maybe a hurricane story could provide an audition anecdote or two.
