I did 2 1/2 hours of gardening yesterday morning--mostly trimming back my ivy groundcover--but I had nothing like your chore list!
Well, the list of chores needing to be done is probably longer, but I had no intention of doing them.

The weather was too nice to stay indoors. We ate several meals out on our deck, not all that typical with the usual heat, humidity and insect life. GW rearranged the day lilies and other flowers, while I dug holes and stirred in more top soil. I also washed both cars and waxed the one that needed it. My arms are sore. Wax on, wax off isn't for wimps.
Yes, the list of chores is still long. But some are now done. Slowly but surely, and hopefully faster than the other end of the list grows.
