There was Dean Bracy.

I bring this up because yesterday my Mom, who's always on the lookout for marked bills for me, found one of Bracy's bills...... only it wasn't one he had marked in 1999 as the article mentions...... it's one he wrote his name, address, and a request for postcard from whoever found it on December 9, 1987!!!!! And yes, the Bill Series is 1985, so it is an old enough bill to be legit.

The address on the bill is not the address listed in the article, so he has obviously moved. I'm thinking about sending a postcard to the article address....

Wow! He did mark some bills in 1987!!!!
