Isn't that where the ignition sequence started for the Apollo missions?

I second the motion. Er, question. How did they meet?
I'm sure I've addressed this, but with two folks asking, I figured it was worth revisiting.

One of BD's college roommates and fellow cheerleaders had a high school friend heading out to Iraq. The roomie convinced BD and at least one other classmate (can't recall if it was one or two) to go on a road trip to Newport News VA, so that the roomie could see her friend off. The friend brought along some buddies who were also shipping out. FSIL was one of the buds. Apparently he "smelled right" even from that brief encounter, because they kept in touch all the while he was in Iraq, and then beyond. And so now here we are, on the cusp of a wedding.

It's a better story than mine and GW's, who merely met while in grad school together. Still not as good as my sister's, though, which would make her a certainty for the hot seat if she were of such a mind. Sis and her hubby met in a mental institution.

They were social workers there. What did you think? :P
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

All these family members of yours with surefire stories and no interest in trying out. Such a waste...

TELL me about it! I keep trying to come up with a way to work Sis's story in with my own. It's such a great one-line entry to a long interview.

Those ARE good stories! I've never had a good story about how I met anyone I dated. Maybe that's why I'm still single! :(

All you gotta do is meet someone in a nut house. Is evil squirrel available?
I believe in the usefulness of useless information.
