News from Bratislava!

#1 Post by PlacentiaSoccerMom » Wed Jul 30, 2008 10:24 am

My in-laws are in Bratislava right now and the big news is our earthquake. So they called to see how we are doing. It's raining there.

More gratuitous weather posting.

OK, I will. It was raining in North Fort Worth when I left there this morning. It started raining in Arlington later that morning. It is not raining in Arlington or North Fort Worth right now. It will be hot today. Maybe not 100 degrees again, but close.
Enough already. It's my fault! Get over it!

That'll be $10, please.

I'm sweating like a pig because it's hotter than a rotisserie and humid like a, um, humidor. Couple of clouds in the sky, mostly blue, not much breeze. Mold spores high.
Well, then

I hope those mold spores aren't anywhere on your body. Keep moving so they can't catch you.

It's humid here today, but not incredibly hot.

86 degrees 62% humidity makes it feel like 92

barometic pressure at 29.95 means we have a really good chance of rain.
We need it!

My one meal in Bratislava was Mexican food.

It wasn't very good.

I'm trying to train them to look like an ankle bracelet.

Why would you go to Bratislava for Mexican food. You should have gone to Del Taco.

I always think of earthquake weather as being dry and unseasonably hot.
