CitiBank Driver's Edge

#1 Post by peacock2121 » Thu Jul 17, 2008 11:52 am

So, I have this credit card I haven't used in years. I get something that looks like a bill from them today. I am perplexed and a bit worried that it got stolen or something.

I open it.

They are giving me a credit of $1 on the card that I must use by August 4.

You gotta be kidding me - like $1 would make me start using their card again!

Doesn't that give you a 3% rebate for gasoline?

Don't know - It gets cut up everytime I get a new one. Originally, they gave a rebate for buying a new car - but not for a Honda!

Well y'know, a dollar saved is a dollar earned ...

It isn't worth a dollar to me to have a third credit card out there being used.

It might be worth $25, maybe.

I am a whore, we just haven't found my price.

Go to itunes and buy a song, then cancel it! :)

I just switched to Chase Freedom myself...it's all a game, who has the best deal at a given moment in time.

That was a rhetorical question. It does.

Remember who I work for. :)

I'd get one myself if I drove more. Getting back twelve cents or more per gallon sounds like a good deal to me.
