Wedding Blog: BD**2 - 30

#1 Post by gsabc » Fri Jul 11, 2008 10:42 am

Kinda wish there was a hold at T minus 30. Or anywhere else in the count. The pending absence of BD as an immediate part of our lives is just starting to hit.

Lessee. Aunt and cousin mentioned yesterday are not coming. I don't think they gave a specific reason, but they do live the furthest distance in the family, after my sister. MoH's parents are coming, which was not expected. We thought they were on vacation that week. So I think the overall count has remained steady.

I forgot to check the contract last night about the service charge/tips bit. Will have to remember tonight. I will consider the advice you've given, however, regardless of what the contract says.

The credit card charges have begun in earnest. GW paid for the wedding cupcakes today. We need to ship the cake topper down to them. I know I've seen the topper and it's nice, but I'll be darned if I can remember at the moment what the heck it is. Can I PLEASE get on the show so I can use some of the inane crap in my head and make room for this more useful piece of information?
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

As they have been all week. I sent Tuesday's to BD and GW when I saw it. Elizabeth's anniversary may match BD's.

Are they getting married August 9th? That will be our 28th wedding anniversary! Know a couple of other people who were married on that day.

10th. It's also the anniversary of one of my cousins. Must be an easy date to arrange with the vendors. :)

One of my friends is a caterer. Wednesday he did the food - which required four chefs - for a bris!
