If we're talking after snacks, a Brandy Alexander rocks as well. Mucho calories, though, especially since I prefer mine made with ice cream.

Have I mentioned my baked goat cheese?

Center the cheese in a small baking dish, rub with EVOO and sprinkle with some Mediterranean herbs. Put about a 1/2 inch of EVOO on one side of the cheese and about 1/2 of balsamic vinegar on the other side. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

Serve warm on toast points.

Yum!

She has had a nice girl trip the past few years. I think they end up in Wyoming. (and quite possibly started out there!)

We drove Sam's friend, who visited us for several weeks, to Salt Lake yesterday so she could fly home. I wonder if we crossed paths with SC?!
