Judge orders drug test after not-guilty verdict

#1 Post by Bob Juch » Mon Jul 07, 2008 7:05 pm

Apparently in the court of one Houston judge, you not only have to prove your innocence to a jury, but you have to pass the judge's own personal trial as well. And even after you're found not guilty, you have to pay for the extraneous drug test out of your own pocket, to boot. As you might expect, lawsuits and complaints are now in the works.
