Hmmmm. It wasn't that long ago that Kay passed me. I infer that indigo can't be all that far ahead of me.

I'm playing bridge later today. Perhaps I'll bring a few problems back. --Bob

Pretty Mary bought some skates
Upon the ice to frisk
Wasn't she a silly girl
Her little * ?

Mary had an aeroplane
Around the world she'd whisk.
Wasn't she a silly girl
Her little * ?

Little Mary took her skis
Upon the snow to frisk.
Wasn't she a silly girl
Her little * ?

There once was a soldier named Fisk
Who said, when the fighting got brisk,
"I'm sorry to say
that I can not stay --
I've got only one *"
I just ordered chicken and an egg from Amazon. I'll let you know.

The Kay chase is not going the way I wanted it to.

Wait until I go on vacation- you'll be more tired of me than usual.
I am about 25% sure of this.

Thanks as always for doing this, LB.

And the poor little beast had done all that he should.
But this morning he swore, by Odin and Thor
And the Canine Valhalla—he'd stand it no more!

One usta come by from time to time, raid all the garbage cans -- I think he got hauled off to the back country. Either that or he realized that all the garbage cans were gonna be inside garages until garbage morning for the foreseeable future.

A few pine cones to the head are enough to scare off any bear....
Squirrels are the architects of forests, the planters of trees, nature's own acrobats and show a zest for life that can inspire us. Every day should be National Squirrel Appreciation Day!

--squirrelmama (10/3/07)

Many of these (squirrel) migrations were probably caused by food shortages as well as habitat overcrowding. We solved that for them. We not only reduced their habitat, we reduced the whole species by about 90%. The least we can do now is share a little birdseed with them.
