Recording Internet Radio Shows

#1 Post by PlacentiaSoccerMom » Sun Jun 22, 2008 12:41 pm

Can anyone recommend a good program to record an Internet Radio show?

Maddie is going to be on Shokus next week. I want to record the show so that I can burn a CD to give to her Science Teacher. Maddie gives him a shout out, but he doesn't have a computer at home to listen to the show.

Try the following link to see if any programs here work for you. I remember having fits trying to get freerecorder to work.

Stuart can also send you a digital file after the week is over, if you can't get anything else to work.

I use a program call Messer. I records whatever comes through your sound card. You can schedule it or just click record.

It is free and pretty easy to use. I've recorded some protected music played through Media Player then used the recording for background on a powerpoint presentation. Sounded great.
