Looks like something my younger sister would wear. Heel is way to high for me and the wooden bottom and heel just look uncomfortable.

Back in the day I would have worn those. Too cute. But, just as Kay said, they make my feet hurt just by looking at them.
Well, then

They would have made you too tall for me to date.

Oh yes, that is not a dickey. That is my matching driving cap and vest.

It is quite the jaunty getup. But you still look like you'd wear a dickey on occasion...

At least I don't wear some bizarre facial get-up. Are you unclogging your pores?

My pores are pristine and unsullied, thank you very much. And properly minimized.

As far as YOU can tell....! :P :P

Not really. I would have been crashed on the ground from not being able to balance. Certainly not from partying.

If these shoes came into my house, Lizbit would spot them and think, "Oh, boy! New sticks!"

She would convert them to splinters in short order, and I would never have to make a decision about when or if to wear them.

Back in the day, I certainly did.

I looked at the link. Wore some of the pumps, too.

My wooden heels were platforms with a rust leather vamp (with a knot in the middle) and ankle straps. Bought them at The Wild Pair in The Gallery in Center City Philadelphia.

And, yes, I WAS all that. :)
