Spoiler
4 pts: 221B Baker Street, London, England

Who was Sherlock Holmes?

8 pts: #4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging

Who are Vernon and Petunia Dursley, their son Dudley, and their nephew Harry Potter?

12 pts: 124 Conch Street, Bikini Bottom

Who is Spongebob Squarepants?

16 pts: 705 Hauser Street, Queens, NY

Who was someone who lived across the street from Archie and Edith Bunker? The Bunker's lived at 704 Hauser...the Jeffersons lived next door, at either 702 or 706...as did the Lorenzos, I think. Dunno who lived across the street.

20 pts: 112 Mercer Street, Princeton, New Jersey

Who was Albert Einstein? It's a WAG, since I know he lived in Princeton. I suppose it could be Greg House, but I don't think so.

I'll be betting everything. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

Jeopardy and Daily Double answers in this message, along with total pts for the day.

QoD 06/06/08 Jeopardy! Friday Famous Addresses
Back to the beginning with another edition of Jeopardy! Remember to respond in the form of a question. Point values are as listed, and I will put the Daily Double in another message with a spoiler, to try to cut down on inadvertent exposure. (Hear me, BeeMan?) Today’s category is fairly simple: The clue is a famous address of a real or fictional person. You supply (in question form, of course) the name of the person who famously lived there.

4 pts: 221B Baker Street, London, England Who is Sherlock Holmes
8 pts: #4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging The Dursleys, and for a time, Harry Potter
12 pts: 124 Conch Street, Bikini Bottom Spongebob Squarepants
16 pts: 705 Hauser Street, Queens, NY There must’ve been a misprint somewhere, because I saw this in more than one place. But as soon as someone said 704 Hauser, I knew that was the right address. Either way, I think there’s plenty there to lead you to the Bunkers, Archie and Edith and Meathead and Gloria Stivic.
20 pts: 112 Mercer Street, Princeton, New Jersey Albert Einstein

Daily Double
Do not respond to this message unless you’ve already played today’s Jeopardy! Game elsewhere. Before you reveal the spoiler, please state whether you are playing for none, one quarter, one half, or all of your points. The category is the same, Famous Addresses, and please don’t forget to phrase your response in the form of a question.
Spoiler 280 Main Street, Amherst, Massachusetts Emily Dickinson

The only reason I knew the exact address was because that was the name of the tv series where John Amos moved into the Bunker house (he wasn't James Evans, though).
