The Celtics proved themselves last night.
And in Heaven, Red Auerbach has a big smile on his face right now.

Stupid f'in announcers, writing them off in the first quarter. I miss my TNT guys.
That Earvin/Larry Harvey Dent thing creeps me out, though.

I have been hearing Johnny Most screaming in my head... loving every minute of the Celtics comeback!
When the TV cameras pan the audience for the "celebs", have you seen Larry?
Here's hoping that Sunday night is the clincher!
Ah, to be home in Massachusetts right now...

I haven't noticed Larry in the crowd, but when I saw him recently, he wasn't looking good. I don't think he's well.fuzzywuzzy wrote:fanny,fantine33 wrote:I could smell the cigar smoke.NellyLunatic1980 wrote:The Celtics proved themselves last night.

Of course I'm rooting for the Celtics, because in some sense they will always be 'my' team, even though Paul Pierce is the only player left that I have a Celtic connection with anymore (I'm upset with the lack of BBD playing time). Plus I despise the Lakers, it almost killed me to cheer them on v. the Spurs.
However, the Celtics are a bit tarnished for me since the big tank job last year. I'll never really feel the same about them or Doc Rivers after that.
