I just got an invitation for the cast and crew screening of M. Night Shyamaylan's The Happening this Thursday night.
AND I show up on IMBD.
So, I guess I didn't end up on the cutting room floor.

Wow I guess I've missed a lot being gone for so long.
Congratulations! Sounds like fun!

This is wonderful! I had to race over to imdb to read all about the movie and watch the trailers. This is on my "must see" list -- and the story, the suspense, the stars will provide superb surroundings for "woman passenger."
Congrats, Melly.

I saw you last night then.

So then maybe you can tell us, Bob, what is Melly a woman passenger
on?

Marley --
I am sitting in a restaurant with many people, including Mark Wahlberg, with whom I have a short conversation.
I am wearing a clay-colored top.

You're a passenger in a restaurant?
And "clay" is one of those fake colors. Clay is a
thing; it can be red or brown or reddish-brown...

OK.
Almost EVERYONE in the restaurant WAS a train passenger.
That's why I am "Woman Passenger."
I dunno. Clay is what the manufacturer called it.
My shirt is, like, VERY adobe colored.

I expect you will take John Carradine's place on top of the career film credit list any day now (although no one is really sure how many movies he actually appeared in).
Is there any Oscar buzz developing yet for your performance? I haven't really seen any Supporting Actress performances yet this year to get excited about so the field's wide open.

The kicker of it is, sss, is that I'll feel just TERRIBLE that I'll have won one when Thelma Ritter never did!
I didn't mention it in the other thread - the Best Picture one - but Myrna Loy is my favorite actress. Thelma comes a close second.
