Respect Yourself - Bruce Willis (Not so much a day, but an era when I was really into what was big on the Top 40 station at the time. I'd gotten a tape recorder for Christmas in 1986, and had a ball recording songs off the radio. We also had the stereo our 5th grade class raised enough money to buy moved to our 6th grade classroom, and listened to it during inside recess that winter. I was reminded of this the other day when I listened to the Top 40 countdown on Sirius, which was the Top 40 songs from Valentines Day week in 1987... and I remembered almost every song, even the ones near the bottom. Of all the songs I associate with that era, I chose Bruce because it tickles me he had a Top 5 hit before he went on to become a big action movie hero...)
