With all the push for glp-2, weygovy, blahblahblah...
Back in the day, specifically 2005, Jeff and I did the South Beach diet. It worked. We lost weight. We kept it off.
Why doesn't anyone tout actual diets anymore?

Because they don’t make money for corporations, and people are lazy and looking for a quick fix.
