In another place (not in the trivia contest thread story)-George MacDonald Fraser (GMF) references a (probably) 1960's-1970's era US trivia contest on TV where a bucket was put on the head of the winner and the other contestants sang "There he goes, think of all the crap he knows."
He says he would have loved to take part in the contest.
Does anyone have any memory of this show?
