There's Hope for Bored Author Jeopardy Hopefuls

#1 Post by silverscreenselect » Mon Jun 09, 2025 9:43 am

Published Bored authors like Vandal and danielh may take note of this article about a sci-fi author who appeared on Jeopardy earlier this year and was a two-time winner after 15 years of trying to get on the show:

I haven't read any of his work, but he's got a couple of free short stories on Amazon that I downloaded and will read tonight. The book that's referenced in the article is currently ranked about #100,000 on the Kindle best seller list, which translates to about one sale a day. (The boost in sales may be a result of the curiosity factor following this article.)

Unfortunately, my brain can’t react quickly enough to have a chance on J! The PR would be nice, though.
