A man in Norway has filed a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority after he did a ChatGPT search on himself and "learned" that he had killed his two children and was sentenced to 21 years in prison. While the information about the ages of his children was correct, the remainder of the article was completely made up.

For what it's worth, I signed on to ChatGPT and did a search for myself. It yielded the following disappointingly non-salacious information about me. Much of the description is taken verbatim from my website:
Steve Silver is the owner and primary content creator of Silver Screen Videos, a website dedicated to movie, book, and entertainment news, commentary, and reviews. With over 50 years of passion for cinema, Steve watches more than 200 films annually in theaters and maintains a personal library exceeding 3,000 films and TV shows on DVD and VHS.
Professionally, Steve is a licensed attorney and a member of the Georgia and Florida Bars. He has accumulated over 40 years of experience in legal, business, writing, and editing roles across various sectors, including insurance, financial services, intellectual property, and telecommunications. Although retired, Steve remains available for contract and freelance assignments in legal consulting, editing, and writing.
In addition to his work with Silver Screen Videos, Steve previously managed an online used video and collectibles business for over a decade, which served as the predecessor to the current website.
Notably, on August 19, 2001, Steve appeared as a contestant on the ABC TV game show "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?"
This is what ChatGPT says about me:

His song "I Love You More" won the SongwriterUniverse "Best Song Of The Month" contest in April 2024. citeturn0search7
