I have questions and observations about the insurance and legal aftermath.
There will be so many weird insurance claims in the future. I worked for Trav way back, but never had this sort of catastrophe. Will those who have bazillion dollar houses with several policies paying out be able to sue , for example, PG and E for negligence?
Will those with non bazillion dollar policies be able to sue, etc?
I understand about sovereign immunity which doesn't apply to PGE, but am just curious.
