Re: Dog story
I did read the story, but I didn't expect too many other people to react the way I did. (I was quietly enchanted with the kid's intentions to bring the dog to the funeral, but I was rather angry with the family for letting the dog go into the pound even for a short time. Surely, somebody in a small town has a fenced back yard and would have kept the dog for a week while the fence was being built.)kayrharris wrote:I am surprised SC hasn't posted about this. Everybody's dogs are invited to my funeral, although owners are requested respectfully to bring plastic baggies in case the dogs do dog things on other people's graves.
