Just don't.
Ugh, this was a terrible movie. The few actual funny gags were too few and far between the 12 year-old humor and plot written by a 9 year-old.
If you like foul language as a main course, with no sides of intellect, this movie may be for you, as long as the plot doesn't matter.
Ms. BiT wanted me to pick a movie. I picked Deep End of The Ocean. She mentioned our neice suggested The Out-Laws. I started Deep End of the Ocean, maybe 2 minutes, then decided I wanted something more light hearted so decided to use my wife's choice. Bad move. She agreed.

The Out-Laws
..what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms.

Revolution is when you decide that for yourself.

Rogerebert.com gave it 1/2 star. I guess they knew what they were talking about. That's a shame. You would think that Pierce Brosnan and Ellen Barkin would be enough to make a decent movie.

Re: The Out-Laws
Brosnan and Barkin were playing roles similar to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in Mr & Mrs Smith. With better writting it could have been good. They could have been good. Too many over the top SNL-like characters beyond Brosnon, Barkin, Devine, and Dobrev. It was like watchin a bad SNL skit (from a recent season) for 1 hour and 45 minutes.silverscreenselect wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2023 2:04 pmRogerebert.com gave it 1/2 star.
