And for all of you homo haters, several of the victims were not LGBTQ. One of them was one of my sister's branch managers, who was there with her husband, daughter and bf for the daughter's bday, as she wanted to see the drag show. She got out of ICU right before Thanksgiving, but she's still in the hospital, 4 or 5 surgeries down and about half a dozen to go.
"Fun" Fact: The guy who took down the shooter was also there with his wife, daughter and bf to see the show, That boyfriend didn't make it.
I've loved every time I've gone to Gay Bingo (with the Bingo Verifying Divas - BVDs) - usually with former co-workers. It's been running for 25 years and has benefitted the AIDS Fund in Philadelphia for years.
