Dinesh D’Souza’s new book recalled due to ‘significant error’

Conservative commentator and author Dinesh D’Souza is having the release of the book version of his film 2000 Mules pushed back to October after it was recalled due to a “significant error” within the text, Mediaite reports.

“There is an elaborate sausage-making process that goes into a book,” D’Souza wrote on Twitter this Tuesday — the day the book was supposed to be released.

“Somehow a significant error got missed by the publisher. It is now corrected but my book ‘2000 Mules’ is pushed back to October. The book is explosive so I’m glad it’s being done right,” he continued, adding, “It will be worth the wait!”

A blurb for the book on Amazon reads: “With eyewitness testimony and the pinpoint precision and analytic sophistication of the forensic technique of geotracking, D’Souza demonstrates how an already corrupt system put in place by Democratic Party hacks and ‘community organizers’ was taken over and supercharged by national-level operatives to produce massive voter fraud.”

D’Souza claims that Democrats hired “mules” in the 2020 election to collect and repeatedly drop off ballots at the same dropbox over and over — a claim that has been debunked by fact checkers.

The movie was screened at Mar-a-Lago, prompting former President Trump to praise it as revealing the “great election fraud.”

D’Souza’s publisher, Regnery Publishing, confirmed the recall but did not reveal any further details as to what the “significant error” was.

Is there something you disagree with?

I'm kind of curious just how gullible some of these people are. You would think that after D'Souza and True the Vote pretty much exposed themselves as total frauds in that Operation Ripcord non-event (has anyone heard from those 125 "subject matter experts" who were going to analyze all the data and report their findings), the ones who actually believed that nonsense would just chalk it up as a learning experience. But apparently, some of them are going to buy a book that pretty much rehashes the same crap in book form. BTW, if I had to guess, I'd guess that the "significant error" was something that appeared in the book that D'Souza's lawyers worried might form the basis of a defamation suit.
