Do I recall correctly that the network BAM used to put up contestants in the Lucerne Hotel?

The city took it over as a homeless shelter some time ago to the consternation of its neighbors on the Upper West Side. They're now moving everyone out to the consternation of homeless advocates.

The Lucerne was later in the primetime series.

The original WWTBAM hotel was the Dumpire... er, Empire.

We were in the Lucerne for Super Millionaire in May 2004.
