That was really cute.

I think KT will find it very funny.

Maybe you should try a different color.

That was very funny.

Since those guys already own the ugliest couch I've ever seen and the worst-looking walls outside of a British sitcom, their next project should be "The Engineer's Guide to Home Decorating."

I am beginning to think that once I tried black, I will go back.

The new one is still in it's box!

Yeah, I'm sure I will, but I might not see it until late tomorrow (can't see it on the iPhone and we'll see about net access at my hotel tonight...

I just landed (literally) in Richmond.

Nice town and a nice time of the year to be there. How long is your visit and what part of town are you staying in? I'll recommend things.

No need, I've already eaten (Osaka, in Short Pump -- great sushi!) and I'm headed back home tomorrow right after my meeting.

But thanks anyway!

BTW, Christie was dead on the money....I enjoyed his very, very much. Luckily, I'm just a guy with a cat, and not a weirdo with a multiple cat household.

Sybil is also an expert at professional lounging AND cardboard deconstruction (although she uses her claws and a cardboard scratching pad). But I will have to try the cat yodeling...

I sent this to the girls and they have watched it over and over again.

Osaka is < three miles from my house. So, what, we're not good enough for you anymore, Mr. Fancy Pants? You'd rather eat bait with strangers?

Man, if I weren't too busy now (curled up with a fine 'nip blunt), I'd show you a thing or two.

You're as bad as that jackass, wintergreen, who at least remembers to bring me some bait when he goes out for sushi.

Did you get out before the tornadoes? I've never seen anything like that around here in 42 years! Our power didn't even blink, but Suffolk is pretty much shut down today, and I know there was one in Colonial Heights, but I don't know how the airport was affected. I seem to think it is way more to the west of the Colonial Heights area.

Our cat is a cardboard eater and plant muncher also. My kids have watched this a million times and have sent it on to friends. I'm guessing the guys are getting a bunch of attention from women these days. Especially ones who want to burn that heinous sofa.

Evacuate? What is this word you speak of?

We are so stuck here--I think our area and the Outer Banks were both in the Top 5 on the worst gridlock list. I can either stay home or ride it out somewhere on the highway about 30 miles inland, because that's as far as we'd get...

There's nothing more fun than riding a storm out in a vehicle. I swear, every vacation we took back in the day we had to ride through some really nasty storms, and I carried that luck over with me on the majority of my Kansas City trips....

Of course, I guess it would be nice to actually be moving whist you were getting pelted....

I thought about you when I heard about the tornadoes near Suffolk but wasn't sure whether that was in youir neck of the woods or not - evidently so.
